Yet another SUHOSIN error

Hi,

I would like to firstly applaud the team for a really good job running x10. I find the forums and the x10 team very helpful. I also recently upgraded my PHP plan to intermediate ( more than 24 hours ago ) and the upgrade was really fast. Thank you.

I am trying to install wordpress but I am getting this message:

Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of preg_replace() with /e modifier is forbidden by configuration in /home/kinteru/public_html/indiegarden.net/wp-includes/kses.php(627) : regexp code on line 627

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling wordpress ( I tried Joomla and other CMS too ) but the error still appears ( in all cases ). I have no idea what SUHOSIN is but I assume its some sort of security. Can someone please help me out. My 'website' can be found at www.indiegarden.net . Thanks for your help in advance!

When did you apply ( and get the e-mail ) stating you upgraded to Intermediate?
Have you added any new sub-domains or directories since upgrading?

It can take 6-24hrs ( depending ) if you added a new sub-domain, domain, or directory or just upgraded your intermediate PHP level.

I applied and got the confirmation email on 1st April. The email is as follows.

"This email is being sent to let you know that your application for a PHP version upgrade to PHP v2 was accepted by x10Hosting's administrator for the hosting account kinteru.

Remember that it may take up to twelve hours for your account's version to be switched - you will receive another email once this happens.

If you have any issues with this, please seek support on x10Hosting's support forums."

I did remove the domain 'indiegarden.net' and readded it again after upgrading (last night). Could this be the problem? If so, does it mean that I have to wait 6-24 hours everytime i add a new domain or directory?

Unfortunately, yes. Because you removed and readded the domain after you got the upgrade, it may take an additional 6-12 hrs for the script to run again and take into consideration the domain added.

This was found at my x10 account page. It has been 2 days since my application. Also, at the top of the page it says that my version is intermediate.

So, can I assume I am on PHP2 already?

If I its confirmed that I'm on PHP2, then I'll wait until tonight to wait for the script to re-run as you say. thanks again montana mouse.

You should be Intermediate, but when you removed and re-added the domain, you have to wait for the script to re-run for it to work on the domain again.
