yet to recieve instructions?

I signed up yesterday for the adfree services. and it said it would send me my info regarding the account after i signed up at the forums. I read a post explaining sign ups were disabled. and I havn't got the mail. so i cant upload anything or do anything for that matter. try to resign up and tells me i already have that account but when i try to log in it tells me to sign up
