Getting mail about "Visiting the Account Portal once per month is a requirement to keep your hosting account active."

Well when I do, I get a message that I dont have any website...
But I do !
And it can be accessed to.

Clicking on "Access Backups" leads me to another login, that dont know the credenilals for. But that should not even be necessary, because the site is online !

If you're seeing that in the cPanel Basic theme, it just means that you don't have a named collection of files, which it calls a "website". It's a marginally easier way of keeping multiple sites organized on a single account.

It is perfectly possible to have a completely working website on your account without having a "website" in cPanel basic. All you need to do is add a new custom website, then put the files you already have uploaded into the collection. Or you can switch to the x10 x3 cPanel theme and forget you ever had an issue (only the Basic theme uses named "websites").

This is a known issue with the [ x10Hosting Basic ] control panel - You have two choices:
#1 - create a custom site and select the files that you have already uploaded to your account (your current site) - using the [ x10Hosting Basic ] theme
OR
#2 - switch to the [ cPanel x3 ] theme by clicking on the [ Switch Theme ] button at the top of the screen (after you Sign-in to cPanel) then select the [ cPanel x3 ] theme

An "issue" is a bug. This is working as designed. It may not be what people expect, but it's the way it's supposed to be.
