Ok, I came on and found this message:

I checked the details below for the last 30 days.
On the charts, you have a red, green, and blue line.
Red is the limit, green is average for time period and blue has little spikes corresponding to actual usage.'
So far as I can tell, my site has had almost no usage. My blue and green lines either do not, or barely in the case of blue spikes come off of 0%.
Even the spikes never make it but half way to 256k.
So why has my CPU been limited?
My site is up, it works, but I mostly want to learn why.
I do not want to make mistakes. I plan on doing more with my site come the New Year, and doing it correctly from the get go is good.

If ya all could look into it and tell me what is happening, I would appreciate the feedback.
