My brother and I both have web hosting accounts on x10 hosting. They've both been closed for some reason, one was under his email, and the other under mine. My site is still up and working, but I am unable to access the cpannel. His site is entirely unavailable. His site was being used for showing his artwork, and mine was for promoting a "company" I'm trying to build. I don't believe my site violated any terms of service, and neither did his. I never saw his site in working order because he's still been building it, but mine has been hosted here for a few months and I've had no problems until now. Any help? Thank you!
