"The component "Zend Optimizer" is not installed on the Web Server and therefore cannot service encoded files. Please download and install the Zend Optimizer (available without charge) on the Web Server."

If it is not enabled/installed on chopin, the only thing you can do is request that an admin installs it. They generally do not do this. However, I believe it is supposed to be there, so it couldn't hurt to let them know you are having this error. You can submit a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com

It looks like Stoli is being a little stubborn right now. I'll check if it is working for me and let you know.
