Hello need help please, Im having problems accessing my site. I can access it but only when the VPN is switched on. It was working perfectly before dont know what happened. I cant access the hosting control panel either!!! My ISP is Virgin UK.

Hello, keep getting unpaid bill reminders for starter service. There was a payment delay from when i placed the order but it's been cleared on Wednesday 15th Nov. Please check and apologies if I'm not supposed to post here.
