cannot connect to database

hi,
for the past week or two i haven't been able to connect to my website http://www.link-market.co.uk when i try to connect i get the error message:

Database Error: Unable to connect to the database:Could not connect to MySQL

i can however connect to the joomla administrator through my browser.
could some of my settings have been changed from the server move? is the ftp server still 'localhost'?

The mysql server should be localhost. Check the settings

By the way the boru server is under move. it may be causing the issue. have patience.
