I ahve been trying for 2 weeks plus to create a web page
I ceated a new member name as below and got a refusal message
Username: paulalan
Domain design-technology-in-stem 10.mx
Password: Will be the same as your current account password.
We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums.
I have fololwed advise from tehcians all to no avail.
