Hye and thanks

I believe that I was on the forums within the last two weeks
and checked my site and cPanel but i cannot link my account
to my cPanel... it was linked the other day... what has happened?

is this an account suspension? confused, and willing to understand!

thank you for your time

If you don't login to the forums in a period of two weeks, your account gets suspended for inactivity. After this suspension you've 10 days to claim for unsuspension. If 10 days have passed and you haven't claimed for unsuspension, your account gets automatically terminated from our servers.

This is what happened to your hosting account, which was finally terminated on May 19th.
You can create a new hosting account if you want to.

PM me your IP Address and I'll check if it's being blocked or not.
If you use an FTP client, make sure the "Multiple connections" option is disabled as this may cause the firewall from temporary blocking your IP Address.

Your IP Address is not being blocked, are you able to connect to your site/cPanel/FTP now?

Are you seeing the welcome page as your site, or a Domain available?

Use the following information to connect to FTP (using an FTP client):

Host: kwhweb.elementfx.com
Port: 21
Username: The same you use to login to cPanel.
Password: The same you use to login to cPanel.
