Connection was reset error

I am trying to update my website but every few seconds, I get a page telling me the connection was reset. Why am I getting this page?

2 days later and I'm still getting this, any ideas of why?

Getting the same thing. It works fine for a little while and when I go to a different page in my administration panel of Joomla, I get the same error page.
