Corey et al. I have username chaos...

I posted regarding FTP connection difficulties with Dreamweaver...
Thank you for your replies. I had already tried without the FTP at
the beginning of the Hostname, with no joy.

I noticed in an email from X10 that I should sign-up again because of
a Username error (conflict). This follows, as I was sent details to login
using the username "kwhweb" and valid password. I tried and the details failed.

So I then tried "kwhweb" as username and password: I got to the cPanel!
So i tried to connect via FTP with no success, using these same details, as
shown for my domain etc. in th e cPanel.

The long and short is "kweb" username and "kenhweb" username and
can be deleted from your system... they are failed sign-ups by me.
and there may be domains associated with them... they too can go!

what would be very good: can you please check that "kwhweb" username
with the password i was sent (or send me a new one) are valid and that
my domain is "kwhweb.elementfx.com" if possible?

perhaps delete: kwhweb, kenhweb, kweb and kwhonline usernames, passwords and associated domains and then i can re-register as kwhweb?

Hye Corey. Hope you are well this evening.

Thank you for your consideration in following up and deleting
several erroneous accounts. I have had your system send me
a new password for username kwhweb.

The details work for accessing this forum, but I get
a message saying "error retrieving account" when
trying to log in at www.x10hosting.com/account

Is my a hosting account: kwhweb.elementfx.com
ready for me to upload a site? When I do login to kwhweb,
are those details associated with kwhweb.elementfx.com?

I deleted all the accounts you listed in your post. I think you have to sign-up for a new hosting account.

Go here first: http://x10hosting.com/logout then sign-up for a new HOSTING account, and use this forum account that you have when you are filling out the info.
