Disk space please help i have asked so many times

i have been asking for more disk space for a verylong time and noone is even replying to my request ?

please just tell me if its allowed for me or not, i dont like it to keep on asking and no one is even consider looking at my post ?

I believe the website should be in English, if you still want the Arabic as well, so the site should be bi-lingual. Then you can ask fro the un-metered disk space
