emails not being delivered

i am using wordpress and my users are not getting emails about there accounts when signing up so i have to manually approve users. which is a pain since i am having about 50 users signing up a day (clan site). no one is getting the activation emails like they should.

ok correct mail is working just wordpress isn't sending.

its coming back with these:

Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

i do not know why. its coming back with almost everything i send out.

Hi,

It appears your emails are sending, but our mail server is blocking the email because they look suspicious. I have marked some of your more recent emails as being safe. Please could you try sending an activation email again, and let me know if this is still an issue?
