files missing from cpanel

Hi
i'm having issues with my page, i'm currently using cpanel with word press, two of the folders are missing from cpanel containing almost 42 html files.

if you click on the above link, it shows broken links, the files were actually in the cpanel, and they are now missing after the migration.

server [ xo2 ] has MySQL issues - until they are resolved - they can not restore your database

i think MySQL issues are now resolved, but my files are still missing, need help ??
