x10hosting does not insert ads into your pages.

Do you have a URL where you see the adds we can look at?

the URL is (http://www.sativieans.com)
on firefox I see the ads even with ad blocker active. on google chrome the ads are blocked with ad blocker. but I like to get rid of the ads if possible so anyone visiting the site won't have to see the ads.

thanks for looking in to this!

I'm not seeing any ads on the page you provided? Could you post a screenshot? Have you tried from another computer?

Thank you,

I see nothing on Chrome, Iron, Firefox, Safari (Windows) or IE.11.
And when I look at the source for the page, there is nothing that would cause ads or popups.

I think the problem is either your computer/browser or your ISP.

tried it on another PC and the ads don't show up, it's only on the PC I use. also it's only in firefox, IE and chrome doesn't see any ads. yes the HTML code is unaltered. I checked using another PC on the same ISP and the ads don't show up, so it's only on the PC I use.

1. Try clearing your browser cache and history
2. Do the ads appear anywhere else (different site or different part of your site)?
3. Drastic, but might be necessary: Uninstall and then fresh install browser.

2.5 (check this BEFORE uninstalling/reinstalling the browser): Check if there's any rogue extensions/addons that were installed to Firefox as part of any other installs you may have done. Some of the more "unscrupulous" installers piggy-back stuff into the process, and may have potentially installed an addon/extension without your permission.
