HOW TO: Link your hosting account to your forum account.

All hosting accounts must be linked to a forum account now.

Step 1: Login to your cPanel and set the contact E-mail address to your current working E-mail.

Step 2: Wait a few hours.

Step 3: Go to http://x10hosting.com/account and login using your forum username and password, it should then ask you to link your account.

Step 4: Enter your cPanel username (8 Characters or Less) into the linking field.

Step 5: Click on the activation link in your E-mail, your account is now linked and you can login to your account panel at http://x10hosting.com/account using your forum username and password.

If you followed all these instructions and you still do not receive the E-mail, open a thread in the free hosting support forum.

I'd just like to reiterate the fact that it is absolutely necessary for all hosting users to have their cPanel and forum accounts linked. It really is essential for us to be able to know which accounts below to who. Accounts that are not linked will be suspended.
