I/O Usage Resources Limit Was Reached For Your Site Any Way To Reset The limit??

I was working on my 2nd Wordpress site I got the I/O usage resources Limit was reached message now my site and Wordpress Admin panel is loading like 30 to 50 times slower. Is there any way to reset the limit so my site does not load so slow??

We spoke via Discord but I can clarify.

i/o resources limit is caused by running multi WordPress sites with lots of plugins. Our free hosting resources while are a lot are not designed to handle large website loads as they are shared and we want to be able to provide as many users with these resources as we can.
