Login problem

From yesterday, I can to enter in the forum, I can see my site, but I can't login in the cpanel and the ftp.
What can I do?

I having the same problem besides cpanel. I could never get into my ftp. I have all the stuff right it keeps getting me a

Please check your firewall/anti virus settings. (especialy if you have Norton) To check turn them off while you connect via ftp if you are able to connect then you will need to modify your settings

i am using the usernames and passwords that were in the email
and i am getting a host cannot be found..

and if you think about it, it can't be my firewall since i managed to make this post..

Thanks again Richard, i have a cpanel error when i go to my cpanel before i can go to it i get this error. But if i use my other computer it doesnt give me this error? Is there something from Norton Ant-virus nor firewall that has blocked it, I double check this and i couldn't figure it out.

the same for me. i've received just now the email confirmation (thanks admins:naughty: i can access to the client area, but i can't access to cpanel nor webmail:wtcslap:

i'm not behind a firewall nor a NAT, i don't know why i cant log in...
