Major MySQL problem on stoli

1-In the cPanel it says I have no databases, which is false because my forum was running smoothly yesterday.None even shows up now. Yet my db username info stays.

2.phpMyAdmin- 2013 error

3.Obviously forum isn't working I get the same 2013 error www.hypeunsigned.com/com

4.I tried re-inputing the remote host as stoli.x10hosting.com and mysql.x10hosting.com , nothing works.

so basically nothing works. lol

I've done all the tutorials, I've followed all new instructions in the server alert threads, yet the problem is happening.

When MySQL is down cPanel will not see any databases. They aren't gone just offline.
All free hosting accounts are hosted remotely now.
