hello all

i am happily looking at my ftp details and dreaming that
DW_CS3 will make the connection... any advice appreciated
but possibly not in the Introductions section...

I guess I am not quite understanding your situation. You are having problems connecting to FTP with the information you were provided?

i am using ftp.kwhweb.elementfx.com which is as per cPanel

i am using the password for cPanel... looks like it finds the serveer
but fails to successfully negotiate the username and/or password
