ScottD Sir Network Timeout Again

I check the server It seems online but i still get this

Network Timeout
The server at kulit.elementfx.com is taking too long to respond.

Did the apache server restarted again.
I check the server it appears online...
Is there anything wrong with the hardware.

can you tell me what cause it, I can't view it here.
I tried viewing it many times already still that message.
I thinks I am not the only one having this problem.
It works fine lately when ScottD restarted the server. then few seconds later that message came out.
