Nothing works, ftp login page nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I 'see' domain [ leszekk.x10.mx ] as on free-hosting server [ Absolut - IP: 198.91.81.2 ] - which has major hardware upgrade/migration underway - there is no estimate of when it will be finish - See --> [ http://status.x10hosting.com/ ]
