Site Not Loading, c-panel not working - Please check and Reply

Hi,
I have big problem on my site, as its now not loading from yesterday. Is is showing these messages and i even not able to login to my c-panel account and admin account, check this link https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 Kind please solve this issue as soon as possible, it is coming again and again and i am frustated.

Not able to login in admin account also: Message showing: socialwoot.com/wp-admin
404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:This is the message i got when i type the domain (socialwoot.com) kindly check and solve this issue--------------------------------------------------------------
