my ssl certificate expired on may 1, 2024. How to renew it?

Under " Get automatic certificate from ACME provider", when I select save, it generates the following message:

Domain does not exist on the system. Unable to find shewellnesskitonline.com in /etc/virtual/domainowners, and domain is not set as hostname (servername) in DirectAdmin configuration. Exiting...
no valid domain found - exiting

it was working fine before May 1st.

Is shewellnesskitonline.com the default domain??? The issue with the x10 Nameservers left the account misaligned with existing domains.

You can try and disable SSL, and add a dns record in the control panel. That will make the all records update. Then enable SSL and add new Certificate.

Also having this problem, tried adding a random dns record but it didn't help

EDIT: This method (<Link) worked for me but I had to download a copy of all my files (Public.html in particular) and reupload them in the file manager to get everything back to normal

Can you try it again to obtain a SSL now? Some fixes were applied.
