Still NO RESPONSE for ASP.NET Downtime

x10 still has not installed the mono project to the servers after the server issues. Our websites are down for morthan two weeks now. ASP.NET does not work on Absolute, Boru (may be in all other servers too).

No any answer to the previous support ticket too.
Please help.

We did not answer because we had no clue, and obviously still don't have. I will escalate this thread to the ticket area, and account managers and admins will be able to tell you more about how things are going.
