Hey

I just got suspended for inactivity. I received a warning email, remembering me that I hadn't logged in to the forum for 34 days (which was true, had been on vacation).
I immediately logged in to the forum and in to Account Control Center. That was the 23rd of august (as it says in the "Last logged in").

Now I just got suspended (and unsuspended myself).

Did I do something wrong? Where should I log in, exactly, when I get the warning? Logging in to the forum should be enough, right?

Thanks

Well the system would put you in the suspension queue after 31 days of inactivity. Your warning email said it was 34 days. So your account would most likely have been waiting in the suspension queue while you went to log in. Yes logging in to the forum should be enough before the 31 days has passed. You did nothing wrong, however. This is why you have the option to unsuspend yourself. You shouldn't be suspended again for inactivity after this as long as you login to these forums here at least once every 31 days.

OK, thank you. I'll just have to set a reminder every 30 days then.
