Upgrading Error

When i upgraded my website (For 144$) to otbotweb.com it didnt transfer... did i forget something?
I also submitted a ticket in my new paid host.

Hello, we do not assist with the transfer of websites. You are going to have to deal with that with your other host. If you have purchased x10premium, please open a ticket in the control panel and someone will transfer your site over.

Ok, it seems that the domains "otbotweb.com" has name servers pointed to x10premium, please go to your x10premium control panel and provide them with your free web hosting account details, username and domain name and they will transfer the account over for you.
