Why Still the Staff in x10hosting Do Not Say Anything About ASP.NET Downtime?

ASP.NET in x10hosting is down for nearly 3 weeks now. Mono project does not exist in servers.

This is my third ticket asking the same question what happened? But they do Not say anything.

It seems like x10 has decided or had to drop ASP.NET support permanently.

Well,

Is the server signature on Chopin. There might be other problems though.

The platforms in chopin and absolute are different i think. Chophin is unix. Recently absolute transfered to linux from unix and at the same time ASP.NET dead.

No all of x10s free servers use the same os. The mono appears to be working on absolut as no one else has reported any problems. Can you please give us more details on the problem.

But in my cpanel and SERVER_SOFTWARE variable it shows Linux as the OS which previously shown as Unix (mono worked perfectly at that time.)

I saw some people have reported about this problem about 2 weeks before. Me also reported about this more than 5 times. Some of those topics were closed by administrators with no answers.(once they accepted that the mono is not working. But did not answer anymore) Others were moved to support site and they are not appeared in this forum.

Reported people may be less. Because it seems like no one is using the advantages of ASP.NET (even x10 does not use Asp no)

Now it's about 3 weeks.

When i reported earlier about this problem they said,
Yes. Asp.net is down but we give our priority to recover the chopin and not to install mono..

But i think now those terrible chopin issues are over..

I don't want to know when will you re establish it. At least say what has happened or will you ever recover the mono copy..

Linux is a type of Unix, I believe.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

Linux is a version of unix. Linux is designed based on linux shell. But there're lots of unix platforms. Linux is the popular one.

What ever will they ever fix this!

Okay, let me clear this up.

We have contacted the administrators about this problem. It's most likely the result of Mono not being correctly configured. I, on behalf of x10hosting, apologize for this.

We have always run Linux. I believe CentOS, on our servers. This has not changed, it's just different equipment. I'm not the server tech, I couldn't diagnose the problem for you.

We are working on this. I let the administrators know personally.

I still did not get any respond for my 2 support tickets those are older than 2 weeks now. Still staff do not say anything about this matter..
