Both. Either. If I go to Any site at x10 or co.cc through my home IP it doesn't work, but if I hit refresh on those same sites after I switch over to using my phone as a modem they load fine.

No, it was working fine when I went to bed on friday night and when I woke up on saturday morning it wasn't working.

No. None of the sites on x10hosting.com or .co.cc will load at all (unless I am using a proxy, then they work fine).

Yes that worked. Well it worked for browsing but not for accessing the ftp server through my ftp client.

Thanks for the feedback. However the picture I posted here is actually just a slice of my blog that I copied and pasted the blue margins on the left and right are actually much bigger than shown, and I can't make them any smaller as the banner area on the profile I am using won't allow it...
