Go around the forum and find a site that is hosted by x10 does any of those sites work?

No. None of the sites on x10hosting.com or .co.cc will load at all (unless I am using a proxy, then they work fine).

Are you sure you didn't do anything to get blocked from the firewall?

Just as a heads up guys, if anyone comes across a problem like this again, trace routes REALLY help with these kinds of situations. It provides DNS info, shows if there is a route down or if there's congestion, and shows other info such as who the ISP is. It does help keep the threads smaller and to the point :)
