Forum account privacy settings do not work

My forum account privacy setting are...

(is not check) Show your online status
This will allow other people to see when you are online.

(is not check) Show your current activity
This will allow other people to see what page you are currently viewing.

you can get my 'online' status at my avatar and at [ http://community.x10hosting.com/ ]
what other settings has x10hosting disabled ?

I think it shows online stat to you but not others. I have it unchecked.

I 'see' a green mark at the top left corner of your [ avatar ] - when I mouse over it - I receive [ Online Now ]
at [ http://community.x10hosting.com/ ] - right hand side at [ Members Online Now ] - I 'see' your nick

That's because I enable it. I'll leave it off,

They still work--you can see yours because you're logged in. I just opened an incognito window, and it showed both of you as offline., whereas mine is online.

I thought I could not hide my online stat from my own, and mod/staff/admin accounts. But regular accounts would not be able to see my online states.
