I recently had an issue with my account and contacted help to get it restored. Now I can login and it's my understanding that "free hosting" doesn't have access to the cPanel, but rather direct admin, also my website still shows "Apache is functioning normally" (http://x13.x10hosting.com/)...

There has been no change. I'm still able to connect to the server, but not able to view the Direct Admin or the cPanel. Yes, I've tried both sign in links.
