Database on Boru gone...

Its third time now, my database is not there, few days ago i got same issue but database was restored automatically, please help...
forum can't connect to database, website down

https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ can't login to cPanel, i got this error on mozilla firefox "The connection to boru.x10hosting.com:2083 was interrupted while the page was loading."
Its taking too much time to load.
