Dot.tk NS Not Been Setting Up Correctly for Days

I think almost 2 weeks I've switched my site and domain back here AGAIN after some small issue.
After attaching the domain, I've been waiting for a few days and it's saying that the site doesn't exist.
I've looked into the site via FTP and I see the domain folder, the cfg folder within is empty and still is.

This has happened to me twice, what is causing this?

I'm going to assume here you are talking about the domain you added to your Addon Domains.

I'm not currently seeing our nameservers as being setup at this domain.

Oops, forgot to say the domain name.
It is set up with one and two, I've only got one tick for number one.

I've used HTTP at the beginning.

After entering the name servers, the IP address boxes disabled thereselfs, do I need to add the IP as well?

That is what [ www.whatsmydns.net ] shows when Nameservers have been set to x10hosting's - but cPanel has not set-up the DNS

No need to enter the IPs at dot.tk

It turns out that the domain was pointing into the folder, now it is point in to the public_html folder and shows a "Default Website Page" page.
