Email reset not working

I would like to restore access to my account that owns the domain, alhambra.x10.bz

That's my code there! This forum account is the same one that was spawned from that hosting account so I assumed the emails would be the same. Yet when I enter the email for the forgotten password, I get no email sent. Can someone please help me restore access to my website?

There is no current hosting account matched up with the forum account you are posted from.

The domain you posted does indeed exist however, attached to a forum account that has the same username as the username for the hosting part, and the email associated with it is a live.com address.
