Expired License?

I am getting a expired license page after accessing Direct Admin? What went wrong?

Also, I have signed in here - https://x10hosting.com/panel and when I click on Hosting Control Panel, I get the following error -

Failed to create login token: key creation failed. If this account was just created, it may take several minutes to become available

I created my account about 2 week earlier.

I think the later is a consequence of the former.
I have already alerted the higher ups to the license issue.
