Files not restored on my account (X12 server)

If possible, I would like the backup file restored to my account. I restored it from my own backup, but I'd really like to have the files from your backup, because of the timestamps. (Long story short, it could help me prove copyright on my original lyrics, if a person who ghosted me ever tries to claim them as their own.) I did make some changes over the past week, I know that they will be overwritten, but I made a list of those, and have been planning to update those again after my files are restored.

If the files were corrupted, I understand, but if they're not....

I'll point the techs in this direction.

However, the fact you uploaded your own backups are likely why they were not restored from our backup, the backup application is built in such way that it skips existing files with a timestamp that is newer then what is in the backup, specifically to prevent altered files from being overwritten mistakenly.
