The forum account you post from does not have any information about an older account attached.
Do you have an existing account? If so I'd need some details (domain or DirectAdmin username) to check the account.
If you do not have an account already you would not be able to login, or sign up for an account, as the error code indicates that you are in a country we currently do not provide free hosting for.

I created a new account. I did not know about the county ristrictions. Is there anything we can do coz i really wanted hosting.
