New Login Issue

I am following the instructions of https://community.x10hosting.com/community/threads/new-x10hosting-site.208822/#post-983813

I am an existing account,free hosting, trying to do a password reset and i do not receive an email in inbox or spam. that thread says i should post a new thread here if im having difficulties. I checked my website its still active(not locked).

i thought maybe i had the wrong email, but this community forum login info is saved, so its gotta be the same email.

Any help would be great.

Please try now, there was a minor issue with the transfer of your details to the new backend system so I had to manually fill in the blanks.
The email for the service is a hotmail address btw, in case it differs from the forum one.
