Paid Account - Email issues

For the last couple of weeks I have been having abysmal IMAP connections. The IMAP server keeps going down so I cant access my email at all.
This goes down for BOTH external clients (Thunderbird and outlook) as well as the web email browser, can this issue be fixed ASAP as I use this email for my work shifts, and not being able to get my rotas has nearly caused me to lose several shifts now

For support regarding paid account, it'd probably be a good idea to use the ticket system in the clients area, which can be found at: https://clients.x10hosting.com/submitticket.php, most of the people helping out here do not have access to the premium hosting system.

Further more, we do not have access to any of the details regarding your hosting account from here.
