be sure you do not have any backups or zip files.
also all files must relate to your website.
you must also be using 75% of your allotted space.
staff will let you know if you qualify for the upgrade.

I have increased your available diskspace.
Keep in mind though that backups are best kept offsite, you got one rather large in "softaculous_backups", I did allow the increase since you met the requirements even with that usage removed from the numbers and due to the fact there was not a lot of them
