Nice site. The colors are nice although you should include some more. The menu effect really caught my eye. Your site is kind of squarish, you should try rounding some edges like the menu buttons. I give it an 7/10.

I tested it in firefox and it works well.
but in IE7, when clicking on the buttons, nothing changes, the url and title change but the content on the page stays the same o.o

I need CS3 too xD! Do you have Mac or Windows? Anyway it works perfectly for me, needs more graphics and animation though. Your colour scheme is okay i guess, and you'll need to finish the other pages...
