Hello,

could you please help?

We are not able to access cPanel or DirectAdmin.

Logging in on the main x10hosting page is not possible, but required.
This error message appears:

Sign in Successful
Please standby while transfer you to your web hosting account.
An error has occurred forwarding your sign in. Retry

When logging into DirectAdmin, https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/CMD_LOGIN, the http-address changes to https://x13.x10hostimg.com:2222/?retry=yes and this error message appears:

The request was made without a referer header and will not be immediately followed.
If you wish to follow this URL anyway, click the link to continue with the missing header
Name Value
Command /
redirect yes

Thank you in advance!

Kind regards

x13 login works fine for me. Can you please try deleting your cookies and cache and try again?

Hello,
thank you for your reply.
Cookies and cache have been deleted, still we only get to the pages with the error messages.
Thanks again for helping.
Kind regards

What browser do you use? I recall there having been problems with older versions of Internet Explorer and DirectAdmin, not sure it is related though.
I don't see anything regarding the account that would be a cause for this however, other then there not being a "login key" created which I suspect is related to the header part of the error message.

if you use addons or plugins for chrome try disabling them then logging on.
maybe try another browser besides chrome.

This sounds strange to me. I'm going to theorize that it's something wrong with x10 creating a session for you, but I'm only speculating. I'm going to suggest something crazy just to eliminate that possibility. Could you please reset your password? When you give it a new password, please do not use any special characters or spaces, as I'm not sure exactly why, but some users have reported an error when using them.

Hello,
thank you for your suggestions.
We have deactivated plugins, but we still get the eror messages.
We would rather not change the password at this stage. If it doesn't work, we perhaps will not be able to log in at all.
Could you please check if our account has been transferred correctly?
Thank you.
Kind regards

a couple questions which may help volunteers.
What is your website url ??
can you view your website ??

The proper sign in link is https://x10hosting.com/sso/login
This is the only one used that protects from suspension.

The https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/
Does not use email address for logins.
Does NOT protect you from suspensions.
Does use the same logon used for the forums.
*edit*
Check that you are using the correct links and user/passwords.
as ive never seen either link with the /CMD_LOGIN used.
