web site still not accessible

my web site has been unaccessible for about a week now
Here's an excerpt of the message I just got now:

a couple of days ago I couldn't even post a message in this forum

How come there was no notification (email or announcement in the forum) that
there were some problems?

When is this going to be fixed?
