Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 is the best... It have many features to use.

You can also design your website graphically

The only people who would say that Microsoft Web Expression is the best is only those who have not used Dreamweaver.

I have it and it speeds up my progress 100%. No comparison.

I bet Microsoft Web Expressions only supports VB script, behaviors, and ActiveX with no support for any other third party technologies.

LOL DW Is by far the best, no doubht about it allthough I don't use it much, my friend is Notepad++
