Problem loading page on another network.

I've had free hosting for a few months, and everything had been working fine until recently, when I shared my page with some partners to show a portfolio, but they told me it wasn't loading. It seemed strange to me because it was working fine for me. But then I switched to a different Wi-Fi or mobile network and realized the page wasn't working. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I've been using the free plan for about 5 months. I've attached a screenshot of the message, and my website is: https://guilleweb.x10.bz. See page. I also can't access the panel: https://x11.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/user/domains/domain/guilleweb.x10.bz But I can access this page without any problem when I log in with my details: https://x10hosting.com/panel/services/148431

I do not see any IP blocks at this time from the IP's logged on your account.

Can you recheck access and let us know? If you still can not access this please make an updated post here using the same network so we can review the logs.
