I didn’t mean to lose my temper. But when you launch some so-called “free domain” project and then vanish the moment users hit a snag—whether you’re playing deaf or just plain sluggish—what’s the point? Shut it down. Keeping it open is nothing but a con, and it’ll only blow up in your face.

It is "Free" hosting and assistance is by your peers. If you have a problem beyond their authority you must wait for management. If your site is so important to the universe you should opt for a paid site. State your problem clearly and include any error codes. I have been a registered member sincen 2011 and user since 2009.
