"An error has been detected..."?!?

To whom it may concern:

After successfully logging into my account on x13 attempts to access the Hosting Control Panel
redirected me to https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login

Eventually I received this message (see attached for screenshot):



"An error has been detected and you have been logged out

Please see error details below

All issues that are listed above must be resolved before this error will clear including waiting 24 hours for temporary blocks to expire. Requests to clear blocks before the temporary 24 hour expiration or the rule violation is corrected will not be processed. If you believe this error is incorrect, you can request a review on Discord or the Community Forum. Your error code is EDE56627D261670F1."


The message doesn't indicate what "issues" exist: If you could provide more information it might be helpful.

Note post is NOT a request to clear any block, only a request for further information.

Update: 404 Error when pinging x13.x10hosting.com, has been like that for over 10 hours.

Not a good sign :-(

While attempting to access the Hosting Control Panel the message:
"Please wait while your request is being verified..."
briefly flashed by, and then a redirect to x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login screen

Would this be indicative of a conflict between Cloudflare and Immunify360 at the server end? I've been a victim of that before :-(

UPDATE: If anyone's interested, and hasn't heard from anyone on the forums...

• Cleared X10 from browser cache and reset DNS cache
• Logged into x10 account and changed password.

Note: X10's Password Reset System must be Foo: It never sent a password reset link to my verified email address despite multiple attempts.

• Pinged x13.x10hosting.com until it was successful (at about 10:50AM Eastern)
• Logged into X10, clicked link to Hosting Control Panel (HCP) --> still redirects to x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login
• Went to x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login
• Entered my Username and *new* password... failed!
• Entered my Username and cycled each previous password in reverse chronological order... one of them resulted in success!

I now have a working process, hope X10 fixes the link to the HCP sometime this week ;-)
