Control Panel problems

Some parts of my control panel are not working. I can log in, but most sections are not accessible, the "wait" chyron just goes forever. Most of the Account Manager and Email Manager sections are not available. File Manager is available but Site Summary / Statistics / Logs is not. My site appears normal from the outside. FTP works. This started last night sometime - I was examining the log, then it suddenly was gone.

Is this a known problem? When might things be back to normal?

x13 is my host. I do see the notice about changing my password, but I read that as about if I were not able to log in at all, and I can log in at the direct link <https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/> so I don't think that applies to me. Or does it?

I don't know if somebody pushed The Magic Button or if it self-healed, but all Control Panel functions seem to be accessible again. Thank you, whoever you are!

This problem has continued off and on since my original post. Access to my site logs has been intermittently impossible - as I describe above, the "wait" chyron just goes back and forth forever. That would go on for a few hours to a few days, then it would get better for a while. It was working OK for a two or three weeks, but now the logs have been inaccessible for about four days.

Can this be resolved on my end your yours?

I am sorry you having intermittent issues with the service. I can see that x13 the server you are hosted on may have had some hiccups on the backend that caused the slow response time from your panel.

Can you monitor the status now and let us know if you see any current issues happening?

I will. Now that I now know that someone is listening... you'll be the second to know.

I hope that whatever has been causing the "hiccups" has been adjusted to make it less likely to happen.
